Helpdesk

Monitor Computer Systems support department is open for telephone queries between 9.00am and 5.15pm (GMT or BST) Monday to Friday, except Bank Holidays. There is a 24 x 7 service for all customers with a support contract.

Our help desk can deal with support queries, aided by remote access over broadband to assist with problem diagnosis and resolution.

Each customer is allocated an account manager who is a first point of contact and has a general overview the customer's needs.

Upgrades

Monitor Computer Systems provides regular upgrades free of charge to all customers with a support contract. Upgrades help our customers stay up to date and support the latest technology.

Training

Monitor Computer Systems offers certificated training courses on all aspects of our products at the Monitor office or at the customer's premises. The following standard training courses are available:

  • Operator (1 day).
  • Supervisor (1 day)
  • Administrator (1-2 days).
  • Report design (2 days).
  • Billing (1 day).

Additional Services

  • Installation and commissioning of new systems.
  • Firewall configuration and management.
  • Managed network services.
  • Data Conversion services for customers migrating to Sentinel Plus from other systems such as Bold Manitou and Maverick, TurboCAAMS, MAS, DICE.
  • Remote Administration service.
