Automated Alarm Handler
The automated alarm handler uses state of the art call centre technology to reduce, or even eliminate, the work required to handle an alarm. Alarms respondents can be automatically e-mailed, SMS Texted or contacted by virtual alarm operator.
Utilising a sophisticated text-to-speech engine, the system can notify alarm respondents to relay alarm activation details and allow confirmation of alarm acceptance.
Flexible configuration options allow the System Administrator to define different contact strategies for each alarm event and contact point. Call escalation policy can be defined on a per site basis, taking into account holidays, shifts and contact availability patterns. Standard Operator procedures can be reproduced exactly by the Automated Alarm Handler.
