Support for new Lone Worker devices and services

Monitor Computer Systems can announce successful integration of the new Identicom Mobile Lone Worker systems. Identicom® mobile allows a user to download a BS8484 compliant lone worker application to their Blackberry® or Windows Mobile smart phone as part of a comprehensive lone worker solution which enables them to get the necessary help should they be on the receiving end of verbal abuse, attack or if they feel their safety is on the verge of being compromised.

Sentinel Plus version 3.29 supports the diversion of incoming voice calls to the operator's extension where the ARC PABX is a VOIP system. This is particularly useful where the Lone Worker device supports two-way voice communication. This software release also contains support for a number of new Lone Worker devices which are listed in the Products->Integration section of this web site.
