Dispatch Management Now Available in 3.26

Sentinel Plus now includes the ability to manage, charge and protect response service personnel after they have been dispatched by the alarm centre. This service is fully configurable, and is delivered through the provision of Work Flow features in the Sentinel Plus alarm handling service.

Users are able to:

• Track the alarm responder to site and measure their travel time
• Keep track of the key holder, security guard or engineer while on site, and check that they are safe
• Collect information gleaned while on site such as alarm cause, service docket issued etc
• Calculate time on site and travel times for billing purposes
• Compare response service performance with Service Level Agreements
