Engineer Desk
Sentinel Plus Engineer Desk is a DTMF-based telephone system to allow engineers to perform engineering functions, or customers to perform fire alarm testing from a standard phone. By pressing the tone keys they can perform all the functions needed to test an alarm system and check the signals received at the alarm monitoring centre.
Sentinel Plus Engineer Desk provides the following features:
- Alarm systems on and off test
- Up and Poll Redcare systems.
- Replay signalling history.
- Read out the current set, alarm and line status values.
- Perform Remote Resets.
- Enter alarm causes.
- Commission the system.
