Monitor Computer Systems Ltd. has been a premier supplier of alarm monitoring systems to the UK market and abroad since its founding in 1984. Our customers include major security companies, local authorities, telecoms companies, banks, building societies and police forces.

Monitor Computer Systems is privately owned, fully independent and not part of any larger organization.

Currently around 600,000 live signalling systems in the UK are monitored to the relevant British and European standards with software provided by Monitor Computer Systems. Our objective is to provide resilient, advanced technology systems which will enable our customers to meet their market demands profitably. Our customers enjoy support contracts that guarantee conformance to all current and future standards, providing obvious financial and functional benefits.

In September 2002, our flagship product Sentinel Plus was granted UL 1981 approval for use in the US. We understand that this is the first time that the UL 1981 standard has ever been met on first inspection, and provides a strong platform for growing the product in North America where there are now 60,000 live sites monitored using Sentinel Plus. We also have customers in Spain and Ireland.
