Sentinel Plus billing provides a powerful and flexible method of charging customers automatically for the services they receive. With this module you can achieve the following benefits:

• The provision of any number of services of different types for each monitored site.
• Management of both connection charges and monitoring charges.
• Variation of all charges per installer, per national account, per branch or per site.
• Special offers in the first year.
• Monthly, quarterly or annual billing. 
• Renewal invoices generated in advance where required.
• Global price changes can be performed with one data edit for each chargeable service.
• Grouping of billing categories on the invoice sent to an installer (e.g. all Red Care Domestic, all Paknet etc).
• Charge schedule reports containing details of each charge and each site.
• Billing for open/close monitoring, reporting services, extra channels or cameras etc.
• One-off charges for additional items such as aerials etc.
• Activity based billing for handled alarms, engineer tests, message handling, data edits etc.
• Copies of invoices and charge schedules kept on the database for ready access when bills are queried
