Automated Alarm Handler

The automated alarm handler uses state of the art call centre technology to reduce or eliminate, the work required to handle an alarm. Alarms respondents can be automatically e-mailed, SMS Texted or phoned by a Virtual Operator.

Unlike alarm panel-based automated contact systems, Sentinel Plus provides a managed service with escalation strategies backed up by a human operator.

Utilising a sophisticated Text-To-Speech engine, the system can notify alarm respondents of alarm activation details and allow confirmation of alarm acceptance or rejection by the respondent.

Flexible configuration options allow the System Administrator to define different contact strategies for each alarm event and contact point. Call escalation policy can be defined on a per site basis, taking into account holidays and shift patterns. Standard Operator procedures can be reproduced exactly by the Automated Alarm Handler.
